“The continued attraction of medical practices within New York State to Allied Physicians Group proves that its mission of being in business for yourself, but not by yourself, resonates with independent practitioners,” stated Director of Business Development for Allied Physicians Group Robert Creaven. “Our doctors want to focus more on stellar patient care and less on the overwhelming responsibilities of administration. By joining Allied Physicians Group, many of those burdens are relieved.”
“We formed Allied so that all are ‘equal share partners’ and owners of an independent medical group, receiving vital support in matters such as NCQA/PCMH certification, accounting and financial services, analytical reporting, malpractice assistance and human resources management, to name just a few, ” said CEO of Allied Physicians Group Dr. Gary Mirkin. “Allied helps take care of the business so that we all can focus on providing the best patient care. By maintaining our independence, we are able to do what’s best for our patients in our offices, and if specialized care is needed, we are able to refer to the specialist that will be most appropriate for each individual patient.”
