How Does Telehealth Work?

Patients can connect with their doctor using an iOS or Android device. Similar to a FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom call, simply use the AnyTime Pediatrics App on your smartphone or tablet to successfully consult with your physician.

Recommendations for Most Sick Visits

We strongly encourage telehealth visits when appropriate. Below you will find the list of Allied offices with their practice code. Non-Allied families, please use practice code 2444.

After-hours telehealth visits are available with an Allied physician seven nights a week from 6:30 – 10:30 pm.

Although telehealth is effective, some sick visits will still need to be seen in the office.

Recommendation for Well Visits

Well visits and vaccinations are essential to good health and well-being. We certainly do not want to see an increase in vaccine-preventable diseases, such as whooping cough (pertussis) and measles. These diseases can be extremely dangerous to your children.

Remember to schedule your child’s well visits; it’s important.

We ask families to limit the number of caregivers bringing the child to the office.

You can find more information about COVID-19 and recommendations from our physicians here.
