Anna Rafalovych

Anna Rafalovych is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a unique journey. Originally from Ukraine, she relocated to the United States to pursue her passion for healthcare. Her educational path included studying Psychology and Health Science at CUNY Brooklyn College, followed by achieving her BSN in Nursing from SUNY Downstate Medical Center. Balancing her studies, she started her career in Emergency Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center while attending school to become a nurse practitioner.
She graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and earned a Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her background, education, and experiences make her a compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare provider commited to improving the well-being of her patients.
