Milagros Pena, RN, MS, CPNP-PC

Milagros Pena completed her graduate studies at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1998. She obtained her board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2002. Milagros’ experience in pediatrics has been in a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, with her longest tenure being at the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore, Bronx, NY. Milagros has been an adjunct faculty in the nursing department at NYU, Lehman, and Hunter Colleges, teaching in both classroom and clinical settings. Milagros is fluent in Spanish and prides herself in providing culturally sensitive pediatric care to children and families from diverse backgrounds.

In her spare time, Milagros enjoys hiking, swimming, and tennis with her family.
