Nicole Sorce

Nicole Sorce is the Senior Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, where she leads efforts across revenue cycle, quality, contracting, and credentialing. With 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, she brings a strong focus on financial strategy and RCM integration for multi-site healthcare organizations.

Nicole is passionate about working in mission-driven environments and takes great pride in supporting clinicians and physicians, ensuring they have the operational and financial foundation to focus on delivering exceptional care. Her work is rooted in the belief that behind every great clinician is a team dedicated to making their job easier and their practice more sustainable.

In addition to her role at work, Nicole serves on the Research Review Committee at MindColor Autism as an External Non-Scientist, helping guide the ethical oversight of research initiatives.

She attended the University of Florida, where she competed on the Division I swim team. Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Nicole enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter and soaking in the city’s rich art and music culture.
