Daniel Friedman, MD
Daniel Friedman received his B.A. in history from Stony Brook University and his M.D. from St. George’s University School of Medicine. During that time, he performed medical research at New York Medical College and Stony Brook University. After completing his residency at Long Island Jewish’s Schneider Children’s Hospital, he joined Park Pediatrics in Floral Park, New York. He is assistant clinical professor at the Northwell-Hofstra University Medical School, where he trains medical students, nurse practitioners, and interns, and residents. He is the co-author of The Strange Case of Dr. Doyle, and the editor of Thermoheat: Weight Loss Revolution. In his spare time, he is a singer/songwriter and bass guitarist with the Friedman Brothers Band, lead vocalist for New Jersey-based Ignite the Atmosphere and contributing author for comic book magazines, Sherlock Holmes and Jack the Ripper journals, and history-based magazines. Daniel Friedman is also a charter member of Allied Physicians Group.
