Jessica Drouin

Jessica Drouin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Adjuvant.Health.

Jessica joined Adjuvant.Health in 2018. As Vice President, she manages programs supporting the company’s culture and is responsible for employee retention, attracting new talent, managing employee benefits and compensation packages, and developing employee education and training programs.

Jessica ensures that every practice is adequately staffed and that employees are properly trained. She oversees the onboarding process of all new employees.

Jessica is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from The College of St. Rose and her master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Hofstra University.

Jessica started her career as a recruiter and quickly grew into leadership roles. She enjoys motivating employees, helping them grow and expand their skills, working with them to achieve autonomy between work and personal life, and ensuring all staff members feel valued.
