Joshua Sleeper, MBA, BCBA
President
Joshua Sleeper is the President of Allied Physicians Group and Adjuvant.Health. He is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over 20 years of experience in autism care. He holds a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business. Joshua began his career at Trumpet Behavioral Health as a technician, holding both clinical and operational roles to help build an organization focused on care delivery, provider support, and patient experience. He ultimately served as CEO, leading the company to a successful acquisition by BlueSprig Pediatrics.
A data-driven leader, Joshua is dedicated to creating efficient and effective operations that allow providers to deliver patient-centered care. Known for his ability to foster an environment where talented individuals shine and thrive, he has played a key role in fostering professional growth and expanding access to care.
Joshua has published work in applied behavior analysis on topics such as ethical decision-making, the return on investment of electronic data collection, and barriers to effective caseload management. He also served as a member of the ANSI commission for the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence and actively presented at professional conferences.
Joshua is married with three children and has a deep passion for motorcycles, enjoying dirt-biking and restoring old bikes. He loves watching movies, with Rad, Bullitt, and Once Upon a Time in the West among his favorites.
