Dr. Shannon O’Malley is a pediatric emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in pediatric urgent care and clinical operations. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to children and their families, with a focus on accessibility, efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.

Throughout her career, Dr. O’Malley has cared for hundreds of thousands of pediatric patients across high-volume urgent care settings. She has served in multiple leadership roles, including Regional Medical Director of the top-performing centers on Long Island, where she helped expand access to care, improve patient flow, and enhance overall quality of service.

Dr. O’Malley has a strong interest in improving healthcare delivery through innovative models of care, including extended hours, integrated urgent care services, and telemedicine. She played an active role in implementing these strategies to ensure patients received timely, effective care—particularly during periods of increased community need.

Dr. O’Malley is a mother of four, lover of dogs, chicken and bee keeper, avid sports fan and played professional soccer at a much younger age.
